Oh boy! This is a beautiful floral chiffon maxi dress from the 1960s. It has an attached capelet that gives the illusion of long flowy arms and is fully lined. The flowers look hand painted or sketched, obviously just a pattern but the look is so romantic. My first thought when I saw it was a romantic vintage non-traditional wedding dress, my best friend said spring wedding bridesmaid dress, my daughter said festival dress...lol it works for all generations.
